Refund and Returns Policy

At Rich Styles, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Wrong products delivered
  • Non-defective products
  • Size or fitting issues

Customers may request a return within:

30 Days from the date of delivery

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be unwashed
  • The product must be in new condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included

Used products are NOT accepted for return.

Rich Styles reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available.

Customers may request:

  • Size exchange
  • Product exchange (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must also be made within the 30-day return period.

Customers can return eligible products through courier/mail service using the return instructions provided by our support team.

Return Shipping Label

A return shipping label may be included inside the package or provided digitally by our support team when the return request is approved.

Restocking Fee

No Restocking Fee

Rich Styles does not charge any restocking fee for eligible returns.

7. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are approved within 3 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Customers will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Washed products
  • Products without tags
  • Products damaged by customer misuse

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
